Our Menu uses a variety of ingredients that are sourced and produced locally, including: Carbery and Gubeen cheese, Union Hall fresh and smoked fish, Walsh's Butchers (including their homemade sausages and puddings), Ross Vegetables, Buckleys Eggs and Seasonal home grown vegetables.
